Ordering:
Making a purchase could not be easier! Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be directed to our secure site (URL starting with https) and then asked for contact details that we need to be able to complete the order. You may review your order before finally submitting it so that any changes can be made. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming these details and also one providing you with your log-in information to make future purchases quicker and easier!
Payments accepted via:
Credit Card - Using Paypal Secure Payment Gateway - Industry leading, data encrypted security with added purchase protection programs.
EFT or Direct Bank Deposit - Banking details displayed in checkout.
Bank or Personal Cheque - Address details displayed in checkout.
Delivery:
Delivery will be made via either Australia Post eParcel Express or Australian Air Express. We endeavor to get your order to you in optimum time, however, on the rare occasion, third party delays may occur. If your order does not arrive after 7 days of the indicated delivery date, it will then be classed as missing. Please contact us should this occur to organize a replacement order or full refund. Please take care when entering your delivery details as, should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Product Information:
We take care to ensure that all details and descriptions of products appearing on the Website are correct. At times we may locate oils, or other natural ingredients we feel may improve the quality of our products and better serve our customers. In these cases, changes to the descriptions will be updated accordingly.
Price and payment:
Hippy Heaven will invoice the customer for the goods per order in advance. Prices shown on the site are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges. At this time, Hippy Heaven products are GST free.

Contra-Indications
- During pregnancy Hippy Heaven advises customers ALL products containing essential oil blends SHOULD NOT BE USED as some of our blends contain oils that are NOT SUITABLE DURING PREGNANCY. However, all unscented products are safe during pregnancy as they contain no essential oils. If you would like to purchase an item but are unsure, please contact us for assistance and a complete ingredients list.
- For those with sensitive skin, please take care when using essential oils on the skin (i.e. in massage or in creams) as skin irritations may occur.
- For those with epilepsy, be aware that several essential oils may trigger an epileptic seizure.
- Several oils (particularly citrus oils) can cause a photosensitive skin reaction (darkening of pigmentation) if applied to the skin prior to exposure to sunlight. Please apply at least half an hour before exposure.
- Certain essential oils should be avoided if you suffer from high or low blood pressure.
- Essential oils are not recommended for ingestion.
It is advisable to use the ‘Skin Patch Test’ to test for possible allergic reactions before applying any new products to the face or body. Apply a small amount of product to the chosen area, and wait 24 hours to ensure no skin sensitivity. If you are in doubt, we recommend that it is always best to check with a qualified Aromatherapist before use. Hippy Heaven Products takes all care possible, but accepts no responsibility or liability for negative reactions to products or product ingredients that may be experienced by customers. Please ensure you read the information contained above and in the product listing regarding precautions for use.
